In October, 2023, Aviva’s Brother Adam Bidapa was arrested by the Karnataka Police for Road Raging Accident and for Threatening and Assaulting a Police Officer for being Muslim. On the other hand , Aviva’s mother, Judith was also charged for Assaulting and Threatening DCP GB Chebbi while undergoing the effort for the Bail for his son Adam. Judith after the incident went missing and went underground. However, the DCP stated that he will arrest Judith as soon as she is found.

Aviva in 2013 got married to famous Bangalore based Businessman and Entrepreneur Vikram Mehta. But the couple parted ways after three years of marriage in 2016 due to Differences and compatibility issues and later seeked Divorce. However, the exact reason for their separation is not known

Aviva’s failed marriage and divorce did not affect her Professional career and she continued to shine even more in the modeling and fashion designing field.
